Below the Canon 1-Cad Bane's Death

Starting today, we will be adding another special thing to The Coruscant Post. We'll be talking about hidden stories from not canon adventures and analyzing them to canon facts. There will be no set dates, but a link on the home page will be added like The Thursday Theory. Today we're talking about how Boba Fett got his famous dent in his Mandalorian helmet. We also might be able to say that Cad Bane is dead.


On Day 1 at Star Wars Celebration Orlando, Dave Filoni talked about the Clone Wars and some unfinished story arcs and episodes. Some of these will be talked about later on Below The Canon like "A Distant Echo", but for now we're going to talk about an standoff between Boba Fett and Cad Bane. Because the episode is not finished like others, we have no context on what happened, but it seemed like Boba Fett's companions were taken hostage by Cad Bane. Bane wanted Fett to surrender, but things went into an old-fashioned western standoff. The bouty hunters were evenly matched, but Boba Fett was protected by his Mandalorian helmet where as Cad Bane only had his hat. They both shot each other in the head, and that explains why Boba Fett has the big dent in his helmet. Also, Cad bane took two shots to the head unprotected, which in addition to the fact that he's never seen again after the Clone Wars could show that he's dead. So first off, we are very sorry for the lack of posts right now. Here's our part 1 of Battlefront 2 Game Analysis. So this a twitch livestream video presenting Battlefront II, and we checked it out a bit. The heavy class, which the streamer started using in the beginning of the video is what we will analyze right now. The Heavy Class: The Heavy Class is very good for long distance, it has a very powerful blaster and it has auto-fires. Equipped with a grenade, you can see how this streamer was able to defeat stormtroopers from on top of Maz's Castle, which ended up being the map for that round. The Heavy Class also has a force field, which allows you to have more protection in close combat, but the defensive gadget is easily defeated by a melee attack. You could see in the beginning of the video, before he managed to get on top of the castle, that the streamer was struggling to play and he was getting killed more than killing. Thursday Theory #1: Rey Palpatine

Before I go into this theory in full depth, I'm going to announce something new that the Coruscant Post will be doing from now on. Every other Thursday we will be going full in depth to an interesting theory that's been on the internet. We might do our own theories from time to time, but we'll be doing already created ones for now. Also, you might see things like the Monday Monster or something else for a particular day, but until we fully announce them as a running thing they will not always show up on the allotted dates. So now that we've announced the Thursday Theory , let's get right down to the theory. This date's theory will be a very interesting theory that claims that Rey is actually a granddaughter of Emperor Palpatine. We will divide this article up into sections, each section has a different part to support the claim. So without further ado, let's get right into this.
