Last Jedi and Clone Wars Comparison

Image
Here's a comparison of the Last Jedi and the Clone Wars crawl where (spoilers), Maul partners with Savage Opress and takes on the Jedi. Clone Wars plus Maul equals a red opening? So what does the Last Jedi letters mean? Signing off- The Coruscant Post

Luke Skywalker in new magazine image: What do we know now?

Image
In a Hungarian news magazine named  Cinemania Mozimania, the new cover for a Last Jedi article presents a new Luke Skywalker image, but it's a little dark. Hammil is wearing darker clothes than he was in Episode Seven, and he's looking a lot more intense. The color scheme around him is dark red and black, so hopefully that's just from the editors of the magazine. Right? Surely Skywalker hasn't turned. Right? Please tell us he hasn't turned. Review Of Target Exclusive Black Series 6'' Imperial AT-ACT Driver

Image
We went to Target a few days ago and picked up a little something. Welcome to our review of the Target Exclusive Black Series 6'' Inch Imperial AT-ACT Driver from Rouge One. We purchased this one for $16.99, and hopefully you can find yours for sale at your local Target, or if you desperately want it you can buy it at  target.com . The price there is set at retail $19.99 though. Three dollars isn't that much higher, but if you want the discount the sale might be at your local Target, but that's a big might. Anyway, here's the Coruscant Post review of the Imperial AT-ACT Driver.  As always, the first thing we say is 'Wow that packaging looks great!', and this time is no different. The Black Series boxing has never let us down, and it's sleek and well done. Taking the figure out was a little difficult. Usually they're stiff from manufacturing, but this one time seemed especially hard. The figure is really nice though. The paint job is superb, a

Clone Wars Leaving Netflix? Third Times Hopefully Not The Charm?

Image
Well it happened again. On Netflix we noticed a pop-up saying this: "This show is available until September 7th". Well of course we should be freaking out, but this is basically the boy who cried wolf scenario. Last year the Clone Wars was supposed to leave Netflix, but then Netflix was able to renew their contract at the last minute. Then we got the message again in June reading "The Show will be available until 6/7/17. What happened? Clone Wars didn't move an inch. So here we are again. Hopefully this won't be third times the charm, because no one wants to see it leave. Signing off- The Coruscant Post

Below The Canon #5- Jar Jar's Death? (Spoilers for Aftermath: Empire's End)

Image
Jar Jar is known as the most hated character of Star Wars, Jar Jar was seen as a clumsy gungan who was always messing things up (Spoilers for Aftermath: Empire's End following this) . However we never saw what happened to him after The Revenge Of The Sith . However in the new novel  Aftermath: Empire's End , we found out the Jar Jar ended up being a street performer for the children of Naboo. But that wasn't the original idea. In a deleted scene of The Phantom Menace,  when the bongo submarine surfaces the trio of commuters are trying to get off the waterfall and onto the side land structures. What happens? Watch the video, then we'll explain below. So as you can see, Jar Jar was doomed to fall off the waterfall. So why delete the scene that would kill off the most hated Star Wars character ever? We have a few guesses. Either that they wanted Jar Jar to stay alive for the theory of Darth Jar Jar, they wanted to grow his character throughout the prequels, or

BREAKING: Below The Canon #4: Black Series Kylo Ren May Be A Last Jedi Spoiler?

Image
Thank you for joining us in our fourth Star Wars 'Below The Canon' post. We did a little digging and found a few of these one sale on  eBay . If you don't know what this is, we'll inform you. This is a Black Series action figure, which on it's own isn't very exciting because the series has been around since 2013. However this figure is a little interesting. If you click on the earlier eBay link we provided you can see that this Kylo Ren figure is a actually part of the Last Jedi  6'' line. The seller managed to get eight figures and is currently selling them on eBay. But we noticed something. In the Force Awakens  line of figures, Kylo Ren's figure was wearing a mask and when he wasn't the figure literally said "Kylo Ren Unmasked". This figure only says Kylo Ren, like the masked Kylo Ren from the Force Awakens  line. This could show that Kylo Ren won't be wearing his mask for the time of the Last Jedi . We may have alrea

Like Minecraft? You'll Like This Mod!

Image
Like Minecraft PE? There's a high chance you'll like this add-on. MCPEDL's new updated Minecraft Pocket Edition add-on gives the player the experience the characters from a galaxy far far away. Amazingly detailed armor replacements are available as Jedi Robes, Stormtrooper Armor, Death Trooper Armor, and X-Wing Pilot fatigues. Also the game adds R2-D2, BB8, and a Imperial R2 Droid. The Resistance droids shoot lasers (Seems a little off) at the Imperial droids. The game also adds the AT-AT's into the game, replacing pigs, which take a little bit of strategy to take down. Another perk is the E-11 Blaster. Replacing the bow, this fine piece of weaponry shoots lasers at high or low speeds, just depends on how long you draw it back. Just like the E-11, or maybe just like stormtroopers, the lasers don't always have the best aim. There's plenty more of Star Wars from this mod, and you'll have to discover them for yourself. You can download the resou

Haters Gonna Hate: The Obi-Wan Kenobi Movie

Image
We just went on Google, and in less than a day all of these headlines are posted. There is currently no script, nor any plot, but Ewan McGregor is starring. If the Han Solo movie tanks (which we hope it won't) then it'll spell more of these types of headlines and may stop the production of new standalone movies, such as the Boba Fett movie. Force Arena Update Review

Image
In one of our earlier posts, we talked about the new "Force Arena" mobile game update. This update is the biggest one the game has made so far since the release. Now the game added a whole bunch of new cards, and it's time for a review and strategy post. With the new update's release, we decided to create a review about it. It's a pretty long article so just be ready. The game added four new legendary cards including Darth Maul, Yoda, General Grievous, and Anakin Skywalker. The update is officially called Force Arena 2.0, mainly because it's basically relaunching the game. Force Arena 2.0 gives the game the characters and troops from the Clone Wars. The update now adds two more legions to the game. In Force Arena 1.0, the two legions were the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire. The new update adds the Separatist Alliance and the Galactic Republic. The game also adds a whole bunch of new troops and vehicles to the game, so many that it's impossible t

Below The Canon #3: Hera's The Only Survivor? Rewatching Celebration Spoiler Reveal #2?

Image
Remember the first time we did something similar to this? We may have found out that Ahsoka is still alive, and may reappear in Season 4 of Rebels. We'll we took a clip for you of one of the last scenes in Star Wars Celebration 2017 Day 1, and it's a little intriguing. Why this theory isn't popular? A few shots before it, there was roughly seven people in the audience, and I doubt all of them have Star Wars blogs. When you watch the clip, keep in mind that these people all play parts in the Star Wars universe. From left to right they are: David Collins, who played many parts in the Force Awakens Matthew Wood, Supervising Sound Editor at Skywalker Sound, and was included on many parts of Force Awakens, Rouge One, and Star Wars Rebels, and others. Sam Witwer, Voice Actor in Rebels for Emperor Palpatine and Darth Maul. Keep in mind that since he did voice acting with the Rebels cast, he would know about this type of information. Watch the clip and we'll explain

Entire Wave 1 Last Jedi Figures Revealed-Our Analyzation and 'Force Link'

Image
The entire wave one of the Last Jedi figures have been leaked, and are on eBay, currently bidding at $500, expected to skyrocket up. More information after the jump We found them! Wave One includes some figures we haven't seen already like Rey, Finn, First Order Stormtrooper, Kylo Ren Unmasked, and some figures we already saw like Chewbacca, Po Dameron, Luke Skywalker, C-3PO, Rose, General Armitage Hux, and Paige. For those of you unfamiliar with Rose and Paige, they are workers at the Resistance base in The Last Jedi . Rose, who was revealed in Star Wars Celebration Orlando in April, is supposed to help the main crew a lot in the movie. Paige is Rose's sister, a resistance gunner who has been trained by the daredevil himself, Po Dameron. Both make their first appearance in the Last Jedi . Now it's time for analyzing. Let's talk about the boxes. We've created a picture with a Force Awakens figure and a Last Jedi figure side by side so we can compare and co

Review Of Black Series Rogue One Captain Cassian Andor (Eadu)

Image
Here's our longer review of Captain Cassian Andor (Eadu) from the Black Series.  Like all Black Series figures, the packaging is amazing. The figure comes with his A280-CFE blaster which has both variations. Handheld blaster and sniper. Starting with the figure itself, it's very well crafted and shows a high degree of detail. His binoculars are at his hip belt, along with his thigh blaster holder. All the way down to the shoes, the figure is very well done. Here's our outstretched limb view, showing how far his body can move around. A good amount, about the same as all the Black Series figures. The hands though are a little tough to move around, but they loosen up over time.  Here's a close up detailed view of the A280-CFE blaster(s). The handheld fits nicely into the holster, which we'll talk about in the next photo, but fully appreciate the fine detail in these weapons.  The thigh-holster has a small strap across the middle to hold the blaster in

Review Of Black Series Kylo Ren Unmasked

Image
Here's our next review of the Black Series, the Kylo Ren unmasked figure. Starting off, the figure is really well done. The expression on his face is amazing for the twenty bucks you pay for it. His hood comes all the way over his head, but remember this the unmasked figure, so it doesn't come with his mask. The light sabers are flawless. Even down to the hilt it promotes the red lines. The figure comes with both a ignited and non-ignited lightsaber. The wardrobe, like I said earlier, is stunning. Down to the shoes, it's breathtaking. Here's how far his limbs reach out. Here's a detailed view of his lightsaber. We found it on Amazon for six dollars, fourteen dollars under it's retail. It was so low, it was marked as an 'Add-On Item'. Totally worth it, and happy hunting. Signing off- The Coruscant Post
